A truck rolls the moment you call.

Water where it should not be?

Copperline runs four trucks across Lincoln day and night. Call, and dispatch routes the closest one while you shut the water off. Flat emergency rate, quoted before we leave the lot.

Nebraska licensed and insured. Fixed right or the return trip is free.

What to do right now

If water is running where it should not, the first job is yours and it takes thirty seconds. Then call, and the truck does the rest.

First
Find the main shutoff. In most Lincoln homes it is where the water line enters the basement, a wheel or a lever on the pipe near the meter.
Then
Turn the wheel clockwise until it stops, or the lever a quarter turn so it sits across the pipe. Open a low faucet to drain the pressure.
While you wait
Kill the breaker to any outlet the water reached, move what you can, and photograph the damage for your insurer.

  1. 06:52 · Unit 2 · Highlands

Called at six with the basement filling. Truck in the driveway before seven. Shutoff, new section of copper, and he showed me the pinhole that did it.

    Renee K.
  2. 11:20 · Unit 4 · Near South

Camera down the line, saw the roots on the screen myself, jetted clear in under an hour. Price matched the phone quote to the dollar.

    Tom B.
  3. 15:05 · Unit 1 · Havelock

Water heater died Saturday. New tank in by Saturday afternoon, old one hauled, floor mopped. My kids had hot showers that night.

    Danielle O.
  4. 17:40 · Unit 3 · Waverly

Repipe over three days and we had water every evening. Labeled manifold in the utility room is a thing of beauty.

Straight answers

Is there a fee just for coming out?

For emergencies, the trip is part of the flat emergency rate we quote on the phone. For scheduled work, the visit is free if you go ahead with the repair; otherwise it is $89.

How fast can a truck get to me?

Inside Lincoln, 22 to 36 minutes on an average evening. Outlying towns run 40 to 50. The board on this page shows the live numbers.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Yes. Two trucks stay on the road overnight and through the weekend, at the same flat emergency rate, no surcharge.

Can I get a price before you start?

Always. Emergency rates are quoted on the phone, and every other job gets a written number before a tool comes off the truck.
